Shipping & Delivery
Works are shipped from Mexico City, Mexico.
Each piece is carefully prepared, professionally packed, and dispatched using DHL Express or an equivalent premium international courier.
Processing
Works are typically prepared for shipment within 5 to 10 business days following confirmation of acquisition.
Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been released.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Estimated transit times via DHL Express:
Mexico to United States and Canada: 1 to 3 business days
Mexico to Western Europe (major cities): 2 to 4 business days
Mexico to Asia and Australia: 3 to 5 business days
Mexico to Latin America: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, remote locations, and carrier conditions.
Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and related fees once the shipment reaches the destination country.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the collector. Sven Ciupka does not assume responsibility for customs duties, import taxes, or related charges incurred at destination.
Collectors are encouraged to consult their local customs office for further information prior to acquisition.
Shipping Confirmation & Address Accuracy
Collectors will receive a shipment confirmation once the work has been dispatched, including full tracking details.
It is the responsibility of the collector to ensure that all delivery information, including shipping address and contact details, is accurate and current at the time of acquisition.
Once a shipment has been released, address modifications may no longer be possible. Should a work be returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, any additional shipping costs required for redelivery will be the responsibility of the collector.
